Permalight (Asia) Co., Ltd. was established in 1990 in Hong Kong. The company manufactures Pila tactical flashlights and Parat X-treme intrinsically safe lights. Pila and Parat X-treme flashlights are modular in design allowing users to customize and to upgrade the lights according to specific requirements and operations, anytime and anywhere.

Parat X-treme safety lights are designed for and made in exclusive partnership with Parat GmbH + Co. KG, Germany. Parat X-treme safety lights are jointly distributed worldwide by Parat and by Pila.

Pila and Parat X-treme flashlights are Swiss designed and engineered and assembled at Permalight's facilities in Panyu, China. The facilities are ISO 9001 as well as ATEX and IECEx inspected and certified. During production and prior to shipments, all parts and assemblies have to pass stringent multi-level quality controls. Pila and Parat X-treme are CE certified, RoHS and REACH compliant.

Permalight (Asia) Co., Ltd. is also geared to design and produce custom made flashlights and lamp modules for military and other specialist applications.
