Pila® Codex™ Programmable Modules
Pila® IBC™ Charger
Pila® rechargeable Li-ion batteries
 
- Two (2) years
- One (1) year
- One (1) year
- One (1) month 

Important:
- Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty and any liability covering IBC charger will be voided if used for charging batteries other than Pila Li-ion.
- Warranty and any liability covering Pila Li-ion batteries will be voided if charged with any charger other than Pila IBC charger.

Pila® Trademark, Patents and Rights on Designs
Pila® is a registered Trademark owned by Permalight (Asia) Co., Ltd. The company reserves all rights on design, intellectual properties and patents covering Pila flashlights, Pila Li-ion batteries, IBC charger and Codex modules. The company will take legal actions against any party violating and/or infringing these rights, patents or any Pila reserved intellectual properties.

The company reserves the right to change design and specifications of all Pila products without prior notice.
